Ingredients
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 3-4 garlic chopped
- 1 piece small cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 glass milk
- 1 tbsp yellow butter
- 1 tbsp cream for garnishing

Instructions
- First of all wash the spinach and chop it.
- Take a pan.
- Add butter and garlic saute it until it becomes light brown.
- Add onion ,green chilly ,bay leaf.
- MIX well.
- Add chopped spinach saute it for 5-8 min so that the spinach becomes soft.
- Do not saute it too much otherwise the colour of spinach will be change.
- Take out bay leaf and add some water to spinach and make its paste in grinder.
- Add the paste to the pan again.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Add salt ,black pepper .
- Boil it properly and to make it thick.
- Garnish with butter and cream .
- Serve it.
