Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Corn flour
- 1 Bowl Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Carom seeds Ajwain
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Mix the corn flour and chopped spinach leaves and add spices to it according to taste. Knead the flour by adding warm water to it.
- Take the kneaded flour and divide it into four parts. Roll each part into a ball and use your hands to flatten the ball into a roti and place it on the skillet.
- Fry the roti using mustard oil or ghee and once it is ready, split it into 4 pieces and serve with yogurt and butter.
