Ingredients
- 1 glass rice basmati
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup cauliflower cut into small pieces
- 1 Potato cut into square pieces
- 3 Onion sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 10-12 garlic chopped
- 4-6 Green Chillies sliced
- 2 black cardamam motti ilachi
- 1 Cinnamon dalchinni
- 2-3 clove long
- 1 bay leaf tej pata
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds jerra
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 small piece Ginger sliced

Instructions
- First of all wash the rice and dip them for half hour.
- Take a pan.
- Add oil, garlic in it ,saute until it becomes light brown.
- A onion, green chillies, ginger and add all dry spices.
- Saute it for 5-6 min.
- Add salt ,black pepper, cumin powder, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in it.
- Add all vegetables and mix properly.
- Add 2 glass of water in the vegetables and boil it.
- Drain the rice water and then add the rice to vegetables.
- When rice began to boil , cover it .cook it at low flame for 10 min.
- Check the rice if they are cooked properly .
- Keep it covered for 5 mins and then serve it.
- If we make this rice in pan then we need to put 1 glass rice and 2 glass water and if in cooker then 1 glass rice and 1 glass water.
