Ingredients
- 1 cup rice soaked in water for 20 minutes
- 3 Onions finely sliced
- 1/2 cup Soya Chunks dipped in hot water
- 2 Potatoes sliced
- 1 carrots chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup peas
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste

Instructions
- Take a pressure cooker,add oil to it and add gingergarlic paste,saute it.,add bay leaf and cumin seeds.
- Now add sliced onions,saute and add veggies ,saute them
- Now squeeze water from soya chunks and add it to above masala.
- Now add salt,red chilly powder,spices and saute for a minute.
- Now add double the amount of water as amount of rice i.e if rice is bowl then u should add 2 bowl of water.
- Let the water come to boil then add strained rice and close the cooker and let it cook for 10 -15 minutes till aroma if cooked rice appears.
- Now when the steam in cooker finishes,open it and serve it with curd.
