Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya Chunks boiled in hot salty water for 10 minutes
- 2 Onions chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 5-6 tomatoes pureed
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder dhania powder
- 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp Butter optional
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- leaves Corianderfor garnishing

Instructions
For nutri
- Boil nutri in salted water for 10 minutes
- Pour it in strainer, squeeze out excess water with your hands, you can cut the chunks into smaller pieces.
For masala
- First of all take some oil in a wok and add ginger garlic paste,saute it and add onions,saute then till brown.
- Now add pureed tomatoes to it and add salt ,turmeric and other spices,fry it till oil separates out.
- Now add nutri chunks to it and mix properly and simmer it for 5-7 minutes so that it absorbs masala.
- Now add sauces to it and add 1 cup water and keep it covered on sim for 20 to 25 minutes
- Check the consistency,it should neither be thick nor thin.
- Add butter before serving( optional)
- Garnish it with Coriander leaves
- Serve it hot with kulcha.
