Ingredients
- For filling
- 1 cup soya chuncks soaked in milk
- 1/2 cup corn
- 200 gms Paneer cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 Onions chopped
- 1 green capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- For rolls
- 1 cup mint coriander chutney
- 1 tbsp chilly garlic dip
- 3 slices amul cheese
- 6 chapati half prepared, while preparation of chapati just prick it with fork.it should not be fully prepared as we have to grill it afterwards.

For filling
- First of all take oil in a wok,add gingergarlic paste,saute it add onions,then add capsicum,saute them.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder.
- Now add soaked soya and corns and cook for 5-7 minutes on sim.
- Now add small cubes of cottage cheese.
- Then add kasuri methi and coriander leaves .
- Now filling is ready.
For rolls
- Now prepare thin chapatis by pricking with fork and it should be half cooked.
- Now on chatpati apply a bit of chilly garlic dip, then coriander chutney.
- Add filling and place 1/4 cheese slice.
- Roll it and grill in the toaster.u can apply a bit of butter on it(optional)
- Cut it from center and serve with tomato sauce.
