Ingredients
- 6 soya champ
- 5 Onion
- 4 Tomato
- 3 Green Chillies
- 5-6 garlic
- Ginger
- 1 glass milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Chicken Masala
- 1 /2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp degi mirch
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Dry red chillies
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/4 tsp Carom seeds ajwain
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 small Cinnamon
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder

Instructions
For marination......
- First of all cut the champ from the middle ,remove the stick and cut into small pieces.
- Take a bowl ,add champ pieces ,ginger ,garlic ,carom seeds ,1/2 tsp salt ,1 tsp chicken masala ,1/4 red chilly powder in it and mix well.keep it aside for 1/2 hour .
- After 1/2 hour grill the champ for 10-15 min.( grilling the champ is not necessary)
Foe gravy.....
- Make a paste of onion ,ginger ,garlic ,green chillies add little water,and also make a paste of tomato by adding little water.
- Take a wok .add onion paste add in it.dry the water in onion paste.
- Add ghee ,bay leaf ,cinnamon ,green cardamom ,dry chillies.
- Saute it until it becomes golden brown.
- Then add tomato paste and add all spices and mix well .
- Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
- Add champ pieces and mix well .
- Add 1 glass of milk and mix well .cover it and cook it at low flame so that the champ gets cook properly and ghee seperates out.
- Add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve it with naan and chapati.
