Ingredients
- For chaap
- 6-7 in soya champ sticks, soak in hot water for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 Lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Capsicum cut into square pieces
- 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
- 1 Big Onions cut into square shape
- Skewers sticks
- For chutney
- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 Lemon squeezed
- 2 Green Chillies

For chaap
- Marination
- Soak chaap in hot water for 5 minutes, take out and remove the sticks and cut each chaap into 5 small pieces.
- Now take all chaap in big bowl,add hung curd,cream and all spices into it.squeeze lemon into it,add 1 tsp oil. Also add onionand capsicum to it. Now keep it in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- Dip the skewers sticks in water so that they dont burn while grilling.
- Now put the chaap as well as onion and capsicum in sticks as seen in pic
- Now grill it in oven for 20 minutes or u can cook it on non stick pan for 10 minutes by changing sides.cook it till it becomes golden brown.
For chutney
- Take coriander leaves in a grinder add hung curd,salt,green chillies,lemon juice and grind it . Chutney is ready. Serve it with chaap and onion rings
