Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Oil/Ghee
- 2 Cups Sooji (Rava)
- 2 Small Onions
- 100 gms chopped carrots
- 100 gms peas
- 5-6 number Cashews
- 1/2 tspn Urad Dal
- 1/2 tspn Channa Dal
- 2-3 pieces Green Chilli
- 2 tbspn Curry Leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tspn Salt
- 1 tspn Lemon juice

Instructions
- 1) In a kadai or pan add oil/ghee (some people prefer only ghee so can use based on your choice)...
- 2) Once the oil/ghee is slightly heated, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped vegetables (I have added only peas & carrot) and mix of urad, channa dals & cashews.
- 3) Sauté it well, till vegetables are slightly cooked.
- 4) Add salt and onions, sauté it till onions become slightly brown.
- 5) Add sooji (rava) and sauté well again, ensure it is roasted well. (At least till it slightly becomes brown color)
- 6) Add 6 cups of water and add drops of lemon juice in it & saute it well.
- 7) Slow the stove and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for sometime.
- 8) Once it is cooked well open it and add ghee on top it (if made in oil) and saute it well.
- 9) Finally garnish with coriander leaves 😊
