Ingredients
- 2 Bunches Amaranth leaves Siru Keerai
- 2 Number chopped onions
- 1 Tbspn Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Tspn Mustard seeds
- 1/2 Tspn Salt
- 3-4 Number Red Chillies (sabut)
- 1-2 Tspn Oil
- 1 Tbspn Coconut optional

Instructions
- Take 2 bunches of siru keerai (tropical Amaranth leaves) and chop ot nicely and wash it nicely.
- In a pan, add oil heat it well, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and add chopped onions.
- Sauté it well, add red chillies or green chillies and ensure onions are slightly brown.
- Add salt and sauté well again
- Add chopped siru keerai and sauté it well.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes
- Check if it is cooked well... Ready to serve
- Garnish with coconut (optional)
