Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- 1 Big Onion Sliced
- 1 Green Chillies
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp peanut Roasted
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves
- 1 Tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- In a bowl add the poha with water and keep it for few seconds.
- Drain the water from the poha and keep it aside.
- In a pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and allow it to splutter well.
- Add sliced onions and chopped green chillies and sauté well.
- Allow it to be soft and add roasted peanuts to it.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and sauté well again.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed well add the drained poha into it and sauté well for few minutes on low flame.
- Ensure it is sautéed well, than add lemon juice to it.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves on it and serve.
