Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Chicken Chopped
- 2 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 small onions Sliced
- 2 Small tomatoes Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Garlic ginger paste
- 3-4 Pieces Cloves
- 1-3 Pieces Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Biryani Masala Aachi or Sakthi
- 2 Green Chillies Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
- 2 Tbsp mint leaves Chopped
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Bowl Water
- For Raitha
- 1 Onion Small, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp mint leaves
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds Powder
- 1 Tsp Pepper Powder

Instructions
- First of all wash basmati rice well and keep it aside.
- Add cloves and cinnamon, allow it to splutter well.
- In the cooker, add oil and heat it well.
- Add sliced onions and green chillies sauté it well, till it becomes soft.
- Add garlic ginger paste and sauté for few more minutes.
- Add chopped chicken and sauté well again for sometime.
- Add salt and sauté well for sometime.
- After sometime, add chopped tomatoes and briyani masala and sauté well for few minutes.
- Sauté till tomatoes turn become soft and also chicken is slightly cooked.
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves and sauté well again.
- Add the rice sauté for few minutes and than add water to it.
- Than pressure it. Around 2-3 whistles.
- Keep it closed after cooking and open before you serve with raitha.
For Raitha
- Take curd in a bowl and beat it well.
- Add sliced onions, salt, pepper corn powder and cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- In a mixie add coriander leaves and mint leaves and grind it well.
- Sauté everything together and serve it.
