Ingredients
- 4 Small Potatoes chopped into cubes
- 2 Small Onions chopped
- 2 Small tomatoes chopped
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Dry methi
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp Oil

Instructions
- In a cooker, add oil and heat it well.
- Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté well.
- Once onions become soft add potatoes and sauté it well again for few minutes.
- Than add chopped tomatoes and sauté well again for few minutes.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and sauté well for few minutes.
- Allow tomatoes to be soft than add water and pressure it.
- Allow 3-4 whistles, but ensure potatoes are cooked well.
- Once it is cooked well, open the pressure and add dry methi and sauté for few minutes again.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it with hot pooris.
