Ingredients
- 500 gm Paneer
- 6 Tomato
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 cardamon
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- Coriander leaves

Instructions
- Dip cashew nuts in hot milk for 30 min.
- Blend dipped cashews in a fine paste.
- Add some water to tomato n green chilly and make its fine paste.
- Take a wok.
- Add cardamon ,cumin seeds and astafoieda in it.
- Now add ginger paste in the same and the tomato paste side by side.
- Let it cook.
- Now add milk in the same gravy ,keep it thick as per ur required.
- Can add milk if required.
- Boil for 5 min.
- At the end add garam masala.
- Add paneer 10 min before serving in the hot gravy.
