Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Seer Fish
- 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/4 Tspn Salt
- 1-2 Tbspn Oil for deep fry

- Wash the fish 🐟 nicely...
- In a bowl, add cleaned fish add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt...
- Marinate it for sometime say close to 15 Minutes as seen in the pic.
- After marination, either deep fry in oil or can also do shallow fry.
- Keep it on low flame for close to 5-10 minutes
- Fish is ready, squeeze some lemon juice on it

You can marinate and store this for few days and fry it later as well... But remember not raw fish but marinated fish 😊
