Ingredients
- 6 egg white no yellow or yoke
- 4 Slices Brown Bread
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 2 Pieces Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 Tspn Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tspn Salt
- 1/2 Tbspn Oil
- 1 Tbspn Coriander leaves Chopped

Instructions
- Break the eggs in a bowl and remove the yoke or yellow from it.
- Beat the white egg well.
- In a pan, add oil and heat it well, add chopped onions and salt and sauté it well.
- Once it becomes slight brown add white beaten eggs, black pepper powder and coriander leaves to it. Sauté it well. Scrambled egg is ready.
- Switch off the stove when cooked well.
- Now heat the toaster for few minutes.
- Place the scrambled egg in the bread as a sandwich and keep in the toaster for 5-7 minutes.
- Ready to serve with tomato sauce.
