Ingredients
- 5-6 Potatoes Boiled
- 1 Cup Tapioca Sago Sabudana, Soaked
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 1 Green Chillies Chopped
- 15-20 Coriander leaves Chopped
- 1/2 Cup peanuts Ground
- 2 Cups Oil for frying

Instructions
- Soak 1 bowl sabudana in water for 30-40 minute.
- Put it in strainer till excess water drain out.
- Now boil 5-6 potatoes, peel them.
- Mash the potatoes and add sabudana to them, add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, black pepper and groundnut to it.
- Now mix all the ingredients properly and mixture is ready, give it shape of tikki and deep fry it.
- Serve it with tamarind and coriander chutney
