Ingredients
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 Capsicum chopped into thin long slices
- 1 carrots chopped into thin long slices
- 3-4 pieces Baby Corn cut into 4each and parboiled
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp cheese spread
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 1 pinch Red chilli flakes for garnishing
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- First of all boil pasta by adding salt and oil in water.
- Now seive it in strainer and pour normal water over it so that pasta does not stick.
- Now take a wok ,add oil,add gingergarlic paste,saute for a minute,add onion and saute till pink.
- Now add tomato puree ,salt,cook it and then add veggies and saute for few minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and oregano and chilly flakes and black pepper.
- Now add cheese and switch off gas.
