Instructions
In a pan, add ghee and heat it well.
Add wheat flour and sauté it well for 15-20 minutes.
Ensure ghee is separated and the flour turns into nice brown colour.
Add sugar and cardamom powder into it and sauté well for sometime.
Once sugar is melted well add boiling water (should keep it ready on the other side)
Sauté it well again for few minutes and garnish with nuts as you like.
