  1. In a pan, add oil & heat it
  2. Add mustard seeds, channa dal & curry leaves. Saute it well.
  3. Add, peas cook it well.
  4. Than add chopped carrot & beans & saute till they are cooked (no water to be added)
  5. Than add the chopped onions & saute till they turn light brown
  6. Than add semiya, into the mixture & saute it well.
  7. Once nicely fried, add water into it.
  8. Cover it with a lid, so that it can be cooked well.
  9. Keep it on the stove for 15-20 minutes, it will be ready.
  10. Ready to serve for breakfast.

Best to be had with chutney & sambar.
