For naan
  1. First of all knead the flour with all the ingredients and keep it in warm place for 2 hours so that it gets soften.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients of the stuffing and keep it aside.
  3. Now make naan by putting the stuffing in the chapati made out of above dough.
  4. Place the naan on tandoor and put it upside down so that it turns brown as in pic.
For gravy
  1. Take a TSP olive oil and add finely chopped onions, cook till they turn pink.
  2. Now add curd and cook till it mixes well.
  3. Now add grinded tomatoes ,cook and add all the spices.
  4. Now grind the gravy in grinder.
  5. Now put the gravy in the wok and add milk.
  6. Boil for 2/3 minutes and see till u get the desired consistency.
  7. Now gravy is ready,you can have it with stuffed tofu naan.
