  1. Take a pan add suji in it .
  2. Roast it on low flame until it turns light brown.keep suji aside.
  3. Take a nonstick pan add ghee in it .
  4. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  5. Add onion ,green chillies ,and saute for 1-2 mins until onion become translucent.
  6. Add chooped carrot,green peas ,capcicum .
  7. Mix well and saute for 2-3 mintues.
  8. Add salt ,black pepper and mix well.
  9. Add water and bring the mixture to boil ,it will take around 2-3 minutes.
  10. Add roasted suji and mix well.
  11. Stir continuously for 1-2 mins to avoid lumps.
  12. Cover it with lid and cook on low flame until mixture turns thick.it will take around 3-4 mins.
  13. Turn off heat and remove the lid .
  14. Add fried cashew nuts, butter and coriander leaves.
  15. Serve it hot.
