Instructions
Take a pan add suji in it .
Roast it on low flame until it turns light brown.keep suji aside.
Take a nonstick pan add ghee in it .
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add onion ,green chillies ,and saute for 1-2 mins until onion become translucent.
Add chooped carrot,green peas ,capcicum .
Mix well and saute for 2-3 mintues.
Add salt ,black pepper and mix well.
Add water and bring the mixture to boil ,it will take around 2-3 minutes.
Add roasted suji and mix well.
Stir continuously for 1-2 mins to avoid lumps.
Cover it with lid and cook on low flame until mixture turns thick.it will take around 3-4 mins.
Turn off heat and remove the lid .
Add fried cashew nuts, butter and coriander leaves.
Serve it hot.
