  1. 1) In a kadai or pan add oil/ghee (some people prefer only ghee so can use based on your choice)…
  2. 2) Once the oil/ghee is slightly heated, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped vegetables (I have added only peas & carrot) and mix of urad, channa dals & cashews.
  3. 3) Sauté it well, till vegetables are slightly cooked.
  4. 4) Add salt and onions, sauté it till onions become slightly brown.
  5. 5) Add sooji (rava) and sauté well again, ensure it is roasted well. (At least till it slightly becomes brown color)
  6. 6) Add 6 cups of water and add drops of lemon juice in it & saute it well.
  7. 7) Slow the stove and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for sometime.
  8. 8) Once it is cooked well open it and add ghee on top it (if made in oil) and saute it well.
  9. 9) Finally garnish with coriander leaves 😊
