Instructions
First of all wash basmati rice well and keep it aside.
Add cloves and cinnamon, allow it to splutter well.
In the cooker, add oil and heat it well.
Add sliced onions and green chillies sauté it well, till it becomes soft.
Add garlic ginger paste and sauté for few more minutes.
Add chopped chicken and sauté well again for sometime.
Add salt and sauté well for sometime.
After sometime, add chopped tomatoes and briyani masala and sauté well for few minutes.
Sauté till tomatoes turn become soft and also chicken is slightly cooked.
Add chopped coriander and mint leaves and sauté well again.
Add the rice sauté for few minutes and than add water to it.
Than pressure it. Around 2-3 whistles.
Keep it closed after cooking and open before you serve with raitha.
For Raitha
Take curd in a bowl and beat it well.
Add sliced onions, salt, pepper corn powder and cumin seeds powder and mix well.
In a mixie add coriander leaves and mint leaves and grind it well.
Sauté everything together and serve it.
