  1. Dip cashew nuts in hot milk for 30 min.
  2. Blend dipped cashews in a fine paste.
  3. Add some water to tomato n green chilly and make its fine paste.
  4. Take a wok.
  5. Add cardamon ,cumin seeds and astafoieda in it.
  6. Now add ginger paste in the same and the tomato paste side by side.
  7. Let it cook.
  8. Now add milk in the same gravy ,keep it thick as per ur required.
  9. Can add milk if required.
  10. Boil for 5 min.
  11. At the end add garam masala.
  12. Add paneer 10 min before serving in the hot gravy.
