Instructions
First of all wash the leaves properly and pat them dry individually and cut the stems from backside.
Make a thick batter of gram flour by add all spices into it along with water.
Apply this batter on leaves on single side one by one and place them one upon another in opposite direction.
Place 6-7 leaves like this and then make into rolls. Then make rolls out of them by rolling width-wise and then lengthwise.
Tie a string around these rolls from all sides
Now take a cooker, remove its whistle and then add glass of water in it.
Place a grill stand in it so that level of water is below stand.
Now place these rolls on grill and close the cooker and steam it without whistle for 15 minutes.
Now let these rolls cool down and refrigerate it.
Take out rolls , remove the strings and cut them horizontally.
When u cut the rolls pierce the toothpick in it diagonally so that rolls do not open.
Now take a wok and heat oil and deep fry the rolls and serve them hot with chutney
