Instructions
Take a pan.
Add oats in it .
Roast oats till slightly brown.
Take a bowl.
Add roasted oats and add all vegetables ,salt, black pepper, peanut in it.
Add lemon juice , tomato sauce , coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix properly.
Serve it .
