  1. wash the dal and dip it in water for 2 hours.
  2. drain the dal and then make it paste.
  3. take a pan.
  4. add 1/2 cup ghee it till dal become golden brown.add 1/2 cup ghee it till dal become golden brown.
  5. take a another pan.
  6. add 1tbs ghee and khoya in a pan and saute it for 5 min at low flame till it become light brown.add 1tbs ghee and khoya in a pan and saute it for 5 min at low flame till it become light brown.
  7. add mixture the khoya in the dal.
  8. take a another pan .
  9. add water ,sugar,caradmon powder,kesar,yellow colour then boil it.
  10. make sure the sugar gets mixed properly.
  11. then mix the chasni in the dal and mix slowly.
  12. you can add sugar according to taste.
  13. add some dry friuts ,khoya for garnishing.add some dry friuts ,khoya for garnishing.
