  1. Soak moong dal in 3 cups of water for about 2 hours.drain the water and grind it .if you need add little water and make a smooth batter.
  2. Add salt ,green chilly paste ,hing ,rice flour in the batter and mix well.
For stuffing…
  1. Take a pan.
  2. Add onion,green chillies ,saute it for 4-5 min ,then add mashed potato ,paneer ,mater.Add onion,green chillies ,saute it for 4-5 min ,then add mashed potato ,paneer ,mater.
  3. Add all spices ,coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Take a non-stick tava ,heat a tava and grease it.

  6. Then spread some stuffing on chilla.Then spread some stuffing on chilla.

  8. Serve it with tomato sauce ,green chutney.

  10. while making chilla if the batter beomes thick then you can add some water and make it thin.
