  1. Add milk to heavy bottom pan.
  2. Place the pan on high heat and keep stirring continuously for about 45 mins.
  3. Add 10-15 drops of lemon or half tbsp vinegar. Keep stirring continuously.
  4. Add sugar. Feel free to add less or more as per your taste. Keep stirring continuously.
  5. After 10 minutes add ghee. Keep stirring continuously.
  6. Stir till it has a little brown color and stops sticking to the pan.
  7. Turn the heat off and transfer to another container for setting.
  8. Leave it for 3 hours till it takes the shape. Cut it in small pieces, garnish with sliced pistachios and serve.
