or 3/4 tsp ajwain

finely chopped

tomato puree

or leftover rice

Red chilli powder

or 3/4 tsp ajwain

Onions
finely chopped

tomato puree

tsp
Salt
to taste

tsp
black pepper
freshly ground
Instructions
Heat oil in kadhai or a wok. Reduce flame. Add oregano/ajwain.
After a few seconds,add onions and stir fry till light brown.
Add tomato puree. Cook for 1 minute.
Reduce flame. Add tomato sauce, red chilli powder, salt and peppercorns.
Add the rice. Stir fry gently for 1 minutes.
Add chopped coriander. Serve hot.
