Instructions
Wash and than Soak the gram dal for an hour and keep it aside.
After an hour drain it well.
Empty the drained dal in the grinder or mixie jar.
At the same time, add fennel seeds, garlic pieces, ginger pieces and salt.
Grind it without adding water.
Don’t grind it completely. (dal should be seen) So ensure you should not completely grind the mixture.
Empty the content into a bowl.
Add chopped onions, green chillies, chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix the mixture well.
Now take small quantity in hand and make into small balls and than make it like a shape of a tikki.
Deep fry in oil (ensure it us cooked in sim mode only)
Once cooked properly remove it and serve with chutney.
