Lemon Rice
  1. Cook rice in the cooker & keep it aside
  1. In a pan, add oil, heat it, add mustard seeds, curry leaves & some grams.. Saute it well
  2. Than add, dry red chilly (sabut), turmeric powder, salt & sauté it well
  3. Switch off the gas & get the mixture into warm temperature
  4. Once it becomes cool, add the lemon juice into it
  5. Mix rice with this mixture, it is ready to serve
Kovakkai (Ivy Gourd)
  1. In a pan, add oil heat it, than add kovakkai, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and keep sauting it well
  2. Keep sauting it, till it becomes brown color & is cooked well.
  3. Ready to serve
