Instructions
In a pan heat oil well.
Than add the chopped ivy gourd and sauté well for 5-7 minutes.
Than add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and again sauté well for couple of minutes.
Ensure it is not covered while cooking.
Cook till they become brown in colour.
Serve it hot.
