  1. Take a bowl and put suji,curd,salt green chillies,coriander leaves and mix it well..
  2. For tempering:
  3. In a wok…add oil,mustard seeds hing,Kari leaves and split Bengal gram
  4. When you hear it sputter..switch off the stove and put this in the batter.
  5. Keep this batter aside for half an hour
  6. Add eno and mix it well…u will see it fermenting..
  7. Now take a paddu griddle and brush oil in it..pour this batter in each cup..and pour a drop of oil on each cup..Now take a paddu griddle and brush oil in it..pour this batter in each cup..and pour a drop of oil on each cup..
  8. Cover it with a lid for some time…until the paddus turn light brown
  9. Toss them upside down to cook the other side..(do not Cover with a lid once you turn them)
  10. Wait for another five minutes till they are done..
  11. Serve immediately with mint chutney or coconut chutney.Serve immediately with mint chutney or coconut chutney.

For variation you can also add grated carrot,chopped tomatoes
