Instructions
Put water and sugar in a pan on a flame to make sugar syrup(chashni).
Add green cardamon powder.
Remove the bread sides and cut it into small pieces.
Add milk in the bread pieces and make a dough.
Add milk slowly.
Make small balls out of the dough.
Now flatten the ball on your hand add raisins and almonds in it.
Make the ball again.
Deep fry it low flame first and then high flame.
Now put those hot gulab jamun in sugar syrup.and let the gulab jamun be on low flame for 5 min.
Garnish it with dry fruits.
