Take gram flour,salt,baking powder,mint,make a thick batter by adding water and keep it aside for 10 minutes now fry this batter by passing through a sieve as shown in pic
Now take out Boondi when golden brown
Soak the Boondi in water before serving for 10 minutes
For serving
Whip the curd till smooth,add salt,chat masala,pepper,cumin powder,mint,leaves
Squeeze out water from Boondi by using your hands and put it in curd .now Boondi ka Raita is ready to serve,if u think curd is thick u can add bit of milk also.
