Instructions
Take a heavy pan and place on medium heat.
Add Ghee and let it melt.
Add atta (whole wheat flour) and roast on medium heat for about 10 mins. Stir continuously.
Add crushed jaggery (gud)
Add rest of the dry ingredients and mix well.
Leave it on medium heat till jaggery melts and starts bubbling
Turn the heat off and sir continuously till the entire mixture is no longer sticking to the pan.
Transfer to a shallow flat plate or container and let it cool down and set.
Once its set, cut into bite size pieces and serve.
