  1. Cut arbi into pieces

Malangi
  1. Boil mangoes in a pan till they get soft
  2. Remove them and run them under cold water for a while and keep them aside
  3. Take water in a jug and add sugar or jaggery( if u are health conscious go for jaggery..by the way both taste good)
  4. Dissolve it nicely,now peel the mangoes and mash them in it,the juice and pulp of mangoes makes this water a little thicker than before..(if you are finding the drink thick you can add more water to it)
  5. Mix it well and keep it in the fridge for an hour at least.
  6. Serve it as it is or you can also add a little salt,garam masala and roasted cumin powder to it

Ps- malangi can be eaten alone also it is best drink for summers..as it is very cooling..you can also serve it as a welcome drink!!
