Instructions
First of all dip chopped mushrooms in hot water and wipe them with napkin.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, gram flour, refined flour and mix it properly as shown in pic.
Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Now take a wok, add oil for frying and deep fry these mushrooms till golden brown. Keep them aside.
Now take a wok, add oil and ginger garlic paste, onions, capsicum;saute them for 2 minutes.
Now add sauces and vinegar along with salt and pepper.
Cook till it becomes tender as in pic.
Now add fried mushrooms.
Chilly mushrooms are ready, serve them hot.
