  1. First of all dip chopped mushrooms in hot water and wipe them with napkin.

  3. Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Now take a wok, add oil for frying and deep fry these mushrooms till golden brown. Keep them aside.

  6. Now add sauces and vinegar along with salt and pepper.
