Instructions
Boil the gram dal in a wok. Allow 4-5 whistles.
Ensure it is not mashed.
On the other side, take a pan add oil and heat it well.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
Than add red chilly sabut and sauté for few minutes.
Add the chopped cabbage and sauté well.
Keep sauting it till becomes soft.
Meanwhile drain the dal and keep it aside.
Mix it in the pan and sauté well again.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and sauté well again for few minutes.
Ensure it is nicely mixed. Serve it hot…
