  1. Take curd in a bowl and beat it well.
  2. In another bowl soak the boondi in hot water for close to 5-7minutes, so that oil is removed well.
  3. After sometime drain the boondi well, it will be very soft.
  4. Mix this soft Boondi into heated curd.
  5. Add salt, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
  6. Garnish with dried pudhina and red chilly powder.
  7. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
