Instructions
Samosa Dough
In a bowl, add 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup Maida and 1/2 Tbspn Corn flour, salt, carom seeds and one spoon oil or ghee..
Make a dough of this mixture by adding water to it.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes
Potato filling
Boil potatoes and peel them and mash them well.
In a pan, add oil heat it add cumin seeds, mashed potatoes, boiled peas, salt, mango powder, garam masala, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and cumin seed powder.
Sauté it well on the flame for few minutes and than add coriander leaves and mix well. Aloo mixture is ready.
Aloo Samosa
Take the samosa dough, kneed it well and than start making it like a roti or chapati but in oval shape if possible
Cut the roti into 2 pieces
Take the first piece and make it in the shape of a cone and stuff with aloo masala that was ready.
Add little water on the sides to join it well as shown in pic.
Deep fry in oil, it is ready to serve.
