First of all chopcauliflower, peel potatoes, onions,grate tomatoes, make ginger garlic paSte,chop green chilly
Now take a pan add oil to it.add ginger garlic paste,and green chillies, saute them and add onions. when it becomes brown add tomatoes, add all the spices,cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
When oil seperates add potatoes in it and fry them for 5 /7 minutes.
Now add cauliflower and mix it properly and add cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
Now check if the patatoes and cauliflower have become tender,the sabzi is ready, garnish it with coriander and garam masala,serve it with chapati
