  1. Take a wok.add ghee on it.
  2. Add chopped garlic and saute it until it becomes light brown.
  3. Add tomato paste ,green chilly and add all spices .
  4. Mix well.
  5. Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
  6. Then add potato pieces and mix well.
  7. Add the amount of water according to the gravy needed.
  8. Then mash the aalu with help of masher.
  9. Cook it at low flame so that gravy becomes thick.
  10. Then add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
Kaddu ki sabji……
  1. Take a peeler and peel the pumpkin then cut into medium pieces.
  2. Take a wok .
  3. Add mustard oil in it .heat the musturd oil so that the colour changes.
  4. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
  5. Then add methre saute it for 1 min and add ginger,green chilly .
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add salt ,black pepper ,red chilly powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder ,turmeric and mix well.
  8. Add kaddu and mix properly.
  9. No need of water in this.
  10. Cover it with the lid and cook it for 5-8 min.
  11. After 5to 8 min when the kaddu softens ,add sugar ,amchoor powder ,garam masala.
  12. Mix it slowly.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Dall wali puri……
  1. Soak the dal for 1 hour and grind it to make a fine paste.
  2. Take a bowl ,add flour ,salt ,besan ,ajwain ,kasuri metthi ,red chilly powder at dal paste to it.make a dough by adding sufficient water.
  3. Now the dough is ready.
  4. Make the dough in shape of small sphere and deep fry it in sufficient oil until it becomes golden brown.
  5. Perfect weekend breakfast is ready .enjoy.
  6. Serve it with sliced onions ,green chilly and pickle.
