  1. Separate cauliflower florests and cut them in to medium size pieces.
  2. Take a wok .
  3. Add ghee to it.add onion ,ginger ,green chilly saute until it becomes light brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Add all spices saute it so that the tomatoes gets soft.
  6. When ghee sperates add couliflower and potatoes in it and saute for 5-7 min.
  7. Cover it and cook it on low flame for 10-15 min.
  8. Now check if the vegetables have becomes tender ,and aalu gobi is ready .
  9. Garnish with coriander and garam masala ,serve it with chapati.
