Ingredients
- 500 gm Raddish
- 1/4 cup mustard oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 pinches Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds Ajwain
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds Methi
- 2 tbsp Mustard powder

Instructions
- Wash ,dry ,peel and cut radishes into long -thin pieces.
- Apply salt to pieces and keep it aside till the extra water comes out.
- Remove the extra water from the radishes.
- Take a wok.
- Dry roast methi and carom seed and let it cool.
- Once cooled grind to make a powder.
- Pour oil in a pan and heat it.
- Put radishes in hot oil and fry for 5 minutes till it is properly cooked
- Add all spices and mix well.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add roasted spices ,vinegar and salt.
- Mix well
- Store it in glass container and keep it is direct sunlight for 3 days.
- Radish pickle is now ready.
