Ingredients
- 2 Cup Cooked poha
- 1 Big Potato boiled and mashed
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 Tsp Mango Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp Oil for shallow.frying

Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl.
- Make into a ball and slightly flatten it.
- Heat the tava well and sprinkle some oil and shallow fry the cutlets.
- Ready to serve.
