Ingredients
- Idli Podi
- 4 Pieces Idli
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Podi Homemade (available in shops as well)
- Podi
- 100 Gram Urad Dal
- 100 Gram Channa Dal
- 10-12 cloves garlic
- 3-4 Pieces Dry red chillies
- 1 Tbsp Dry Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp sesame seeds

Podi
- Fry all the above ingredients separately (without oil)
- Grind everything together, except the red chilly, as it should not be made into powder format.
- Grind Red Chilly Separately & mix it with the other ingredients (as seen in the pic)
Idli Podi
- In a pan add oil, add podi & mix it well.
- Apply the same on Idli (like marination)
- Ready to serve.
