Ingredients
- 180 gm Semiya (vermicelli) Anil Brand
- 2 Onions big, Chopped into long pieces
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 1/2 tsp Channa Dal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
- 3 Cups Water
- 2 Green Chillies Chopped

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil & heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, allow it to splutter.
- Add urad dal, channal dal, chopped onions & green chillies.
- Saute it well for 5-7 minutes, till onions turn slight brown.
- Add salt & semiya into it & mix well again.
- Ensure it becomes light brown.
- Than add water into it & allow it to boil for couple of minutes.
- Cover it with a lid for 5 minutes, so that it is cooked well.
- Open & check if cooked well, if yes than switch off the stove & leave it closed with a lid for some more time.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
